OKtoRun is operated by Stargo, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as OKtoRun. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your choices. We never ask for your social media passwords.
What we collect, why, and for how long

Who we share data with
Service providers that run parts of OKtoRun on our behalf: website hosting, collection of public posts, music recognition, payments and email delivery. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We don't sell personal data and we don't share it with advertisers.
Your results stay private
Your checks and reports are visible only to you and the people you invite or share them with. We never contact record labels, creators or platforms about your results, and we never name your brand publicly without your permission.
Public content and creators
We review publicly available posts. Creators who appear in brand content can ask us to remove their details from our records, unless we need them as evidence for a customer's open issue.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at hello@oktorun.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as California's CCPA, the EU or UK GDPR, or Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll tell account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
