How it works
Software finds it. A person confirms it.
Software finds the songs
We check your posts, creator videos and ads, and identify the music in each one.
An IP-trained reviewer checks every flag
A person, not just software, confirms each finding and the fix before it reaches you.
You get a signed report
Every report is signed by a named reviewer, with a fix for each post and a certificate once you’re clear.
An independent third party, not your own team. The free check is automatic. In the full check, an IP-trained reviewer confirms every finding using the same published standard. We don’t make or sell content, so the report carries weight with your boss, legal team, agency, labels and creators.

What your report looks like
Every post marked green, yellow or red, the reason, the fix, and a one-page summary for your boss. Shown with a fictional brand.
Why now
Record labels are suing brands over social posts
- It’s already happening. Luxottica, Kroger, Quince, Crumbl, DSW and Marriott have all been sued over songs in their posts, including creator videos. See the lawsuit tracker.
- Trending songs aren’t for brands. The songs in the TikTok and Instagram apps are licensed for personal use, not for brand posts or ads.
- One song can cost up to $150,000 in the US if the use is found willful, and claims count every song separately.
Where the risk hides
It isn’t just what your team posts. Every one of these can lead back to your brand.
Labels count damages per song, up to $150,000 each if willful. A court held Bang Energy liable for videos its influencers posted.
Our promise
If we miss it, you get your money back.
If we find nothing that needs fixing, you don’t pay.
If we miss something we should have caught, we re-check everything free and refund that month.
Every finding is confirmed by an IP-trained reviewer before it reaches you.
If a claim arrives, you get the full dated record of what we checked and when, within 24 hours.

Questions
Is the free check really free?
Yes. Type your handle and we check your most recent public posts in about a minute. No login, no card. It’s an automatic pre-check; in the full check an IP-trained reviewer confirms every flag.
What do you check?
Music and creator rights today: songs you’re not allowed to use, and creator videos you no longer have the rights to run. Stock footage, images and AI likeness are coming soon.
Do you need our logins?
No. We only need your account handles. We check public posts, public ad libraries and any links or files you send.
What do “at risk”, “to confirm” and “OK” mean?
At risk: a clear problem, like a commercial song in an ad or a creator video you no longer have rights to. Fix it now. To confirm: we couldn’t confirm the song or rights are cleared for business use, so check or swap it. Library tracks: music from a stock library, fine if your plan covers ads. OK: no issue found in what we checked.
Will anyone find out we ran a check?
No. Results are private by default and only visible to you and the people you share them with. We never contact labels, creators or platforms, and we never publish names. An NDA is available on request.
Are creators’ and affiliates’ videos our problem?
They can be. Brands have been held responsible for their influencers’ videos, especially when they pay for, direct or benefit from them. Once you boost someone’s video, it’s your ad.
Is this legal advice?
No. We find problems in your content and tell you how to fix them. For legal questions, talk to your lawyer.
